I have restarted all three blessed devices, and no Undermountain Forest is showing up to down load after I purchased it about a half hour or so ago? Any help?

@jake.belanger0 Sorry for the delay, I’ve just taken a look at your account now and it looks like the problem has resolved itself?
We have had delays in the past between making a purchase and the content becoming available in the player apps because of a cache issue.
Recent versions of the app should forcibly invalidate the cache and regenerate an up-to-date list of authorised content if you log out and back in or go to settings and click the Reload
button. But it sounds like you already tried those two things?
