I purchased some soundsets yesterday morning, but they haven’t been activated yet. How long does it normally take before they can be used in the player?
There seem to be server problems at the moment. Contact the Syrinscape crew with a receipt of your payment and the soundsets will be activated manually.

It’s currently early hours of the morning over in Australia but if you email support@syrinscape.com @benjamin will be able to manually authorise them once he’s awake

Thank you very much for fixing this. I hope the server gremlins are quickly defeated so you can spend more time on creating awesome sounds instead of dealing with technology problems.
