Someone already sent this in the past so ill use the exact same message:
Any mp3/wav files that I try to upload to an element gives me an error that says “unable to determine duration. We have already been notified with more specific error details.”
I can’t play the sample that I’ve uploaded. I’ve tried different files and making new elements to upload to, but nothing works.
Also i posted this before, and sent 2 emails but nothing sadly…
