Global Oneshots

Hello,
Is there a way to delete a personal global oneshot if you don’t remember the soundset where you added it?
Thank you

So… I do NOT think there is currently an easy way to identify to which SoundSet a custom Global belongs.

BUT! Let me know the name and the element ID (shown in the URL when you have selected it), and I can let you know (using admin magic). :penguin: :hammer:

Hi Benjamin,
at the moment I found where I added it. Now I have created a soundset for my global oneshot.
It would be a cool update to be able to do it from the element view itself.
Thank you! Syrinscape is absoultely essential in my games as a DM.I love spending time creating my soundsets

Yes, definitely. It’s an obvious fix to be able to jump to the relevant SoundSet when you focus on the custom Global somehow. We’ll look into how easy that is to get done.

In the meantime… it occurred to us here that you might have also used search to find your OneShot = you should be able to filter by OneShots + type the name of your OneShot, and then followed the BLUE little arrow thing in the search results to get to your SoundSet.

BUT NOTE: search isn’t super fast at keeping the index up to date for custom content, so (anyone reading this thread) if you find your content NOT showing up in search we ARE able to bump a re-index manually for you.

Makes sense?

It may also help to filter for your private content, as depicted in this screen grab

Yes. Thank you!
BTW, any plans to release some more generic ambience soundsets, like forests, cities, dungeons, etc. that you could use without preparing or looking for anything special?

911% yes.

We are currently working on a whole lot more generic content and a useful way of presenting it. Want to be in on the beta testing once we get up to that? :bug: :hammer:
