I was wondering, I had to cancel my account due to COVID, and I just renewed to find the RIme of the Frostmaiden is released. My question is does that mean I missed my chance to own this soundset forever with the subscription? Or is it when the soundset hits the store that it becomes part of my owned soundsets?
If you have an active subscription then you will gain permanent ownership of any new soundset that we release. Your sub needs to be active on the day that the soundset is released in the store. So for part one of Rime of the Frostmaiden, you would need to have had an active sub last Friday to have had it added to your owned collection. If not then you will still be able to access it but will not own it. Does that make sense?
