His, I just recently purchased syrinscape and everything was working great. Downloading away. I was planning to use it to tonight for my session that starts soon but now I can’t download anything at all 
I wanted to download a few packs before the session
but I can’t
any help with this will be greatly appreciated TIA

Are you using the latest version of Syrinscape 1.4.10-p0?
Make sure that you are running the latest version, that your device has enough space and that your AVP software is not blocking Syrinscape
If that still doesn’t work then drop us an email at support along with all of the details of your device and we can take a further look for you
Think I will have to send you guys an email. I am using the latest version yes. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this. TY for your help
This is fixed now. I just fully uninstalled the program and re-installed. No idea why I did not think of doing this age old trick before
