Download stalling and failing at 99% or 100% - FIXED

Hi there-

I’ve tried downloading several different soundsets and they are all stalling at 99-100% and then failing. The download up to that point is fine. Any advice?

Hey Jeremy,

Two things:

  1. there’s actually an update to the apps coming very soon that will help immensely with this issue = theoretically completely fixing it.
  2. in the meantime, two things will help a) only download a max of 3 things at once and b) when something gets stuck, CANCEL the download and START it again like you did before, it will resume from where it was up to and should go through.

Hi Benjamin,

I’ve never had any issues until tonight (been using for years). Cancelling and restarting didnt seem to help. I’ll try again tomorrow to see if something changes overnight. Downloads processed at normal speed and then stopped between 96-100% and then failed.

Is this effecting ALL SoundSets OR some in particular?

I tried 4-6 random different ones and had the same effect. I’ll do some trouble shooting tomorrow.

OK! We’ve been able to reproduce the prob here.

Fetching hammers and wrenches and diving in!
