Custom Soundsets dissapeared from App after supscription renewal

Hey,

I use a lot of custom (private!) soundsets for music. A few days ago I got the mail, that subscription rates are going up and if you pay now in advance, you can keep the old price for a year.
Anyway: Since then all my custom soundsets disappeared from the player apps (fantasy & sci-fi).
They are still available in the online player though.
I tried reloading, reinstalling, clearing the cache,…
Any idea what could be the problem?

Same here (but my subscription is still OK, i didn’t have to renew it…)
All my custom soundsets and campains disappeared from my offline apps; but they’re still in the online player.
Nothing works to get them back on the apps (reloadind, closing apps, clearing data…)
