Hello: I have created a soundset with a single one-shot that alternates through a few samples. The soundset has downloaded to my fantasy player, but the one-shot has not. Can someone suggest possible solutions? I am able to play the samples in the online player. Thanks!
I’m an idiot. The one-shot appeared in the Global one-shots area. Didn’t see it there for a long time.

Ben, how long should we expect it take for changes to a custom sound set to filter down to the Fantasy player? And what might prevent the changes from showing up there? After initially finding the one-shot, changes to the mood are not being reflected in the FP (even overnight).
Should take about 10 minutes max.
Are you seeing an update flag.
If you actually CLEAR the current version (under the settings cog) and re-install, you still get the old version.
If not, it may be jammed and we can give it a boot manually.
NOTE: for timely support on this sort of thing, the support email is often better than the forums.
