Creator: At a loss for uploading to the sample library

I’ve tried to upload several samples to the library for the past hour, and I’m constantly running into a 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.

I’ve tried converting my mp3s into both ogg and wav formats using audacity, exporting as 44.1k 16bit files with no metadata, but it bounces every time. Names use no special characters.

I’m putting the files in the syrinscape sample library folder; but as it won’t let me upload the pre-existing sample files in that folder either, I’m at a total loss for what’s going wrong. If these won’t upload, surely it must be a server-side error? I’ve tried all this after disabling firewall/network protections too.

Hope I can work this out before my game on Saturday, the experience has been nothing but frustrating so far. :frowning:

You are aware, that you must import the samples, you want to upload, into the creator? The way you described your problem suggests, that you converted the files into the correct format and merely put them into the samples folder. puzzled
