So I have paid subscription for the fantasy collection. I can log into website and build campaign play lists. I can load and run player on PC but not play subscription content just free content. I can log into Android app and see campaign play lists I can only play free content when on Android. If I want to play content that is permissable with subscription level on Android or PC I am prompted to go to store and buy that content separate from subscription. Have removed blessed devices even though devices listed are mine and are devices I wish to play from. I have uninstalled reinstalled app on phone and re-added phone to blessed list. What is going on? I have had subscription for 2 weeks now and have not been able to properly use.
Have you downloaded the latest versions of the players that were released this week?
Also: @Benjamin could take a look at your sub. Maybe there is a problem with what is tied to your account. He can sort it out.
I have done this with my cellphone but not PC. Update: PC does not work now either. I am suspecting there is an account mess up. Used PayPall and that was a really hokey process because I didn’t want to use my PayPal Username for Syrinscape which is what it seamed to want to use because I want to share access with my Fiance since she runs games on the opposite weekends of my games. We don’t have a joint PayPal account but we have a joint email address for things we share; household wise etc.
Im having this problem also but I am on a Mac and iPhone
I should also say that I haven’t yet received a verification that payment was received from Syrinscape via PayPal.
Hmmh, this is REALLY weird!
First of all, your log in credentials needn’t match your Paypal credentials. You can, after all, pay with gift cards - so this shouldn’t be a problem.
And as there seem to be problems with different people across different platforms, there definitely is a problem somewhere. Those little Goblins seem to have called in reinforcements. Gnomes probably. @benjamin or @Steve could have a look at your accounts and figure out, where the problems are.
