It should be instant. But there is definitely some kind of bug slowing that ‘instant’ down significantly at the moment = mainly at peak times during the weekend = the cost of growing so quickly = we are working on it = with hammers! 
@Danii I just fixed a bug that was preventing the available content from updating in some circumstances. Please let us know if it’s working for you, and if you run into any other problems.
