I just installed the player on my windows 10 computer and upon opening the app all I get is a black screen. It ststes Syrinscape Fantasy Player in the upper left corner of the screen but below that it is solid black screen. Do I need to make changes to the Windows 10 settings in order to run this app?
Maybe look for a prob with video drivers? Update?

I double checked the video driver and I have the current driver installed. I downloaded one of the previous versions of the player and everything works great. Any problem just staying on the older version of the player?
