I’m running a windows 10 computer. I added Syrinscape to my approved applications for antivirus. I’m using ethernet and I have good internet connection. Why am I getting this error?

That message happens when Syrinscape is having ALL its internet traffic blocked by something… antivirus, proxy settings, poor connection…?
