We’ve got a couple users asking on support that they can only see the free content. They might be missing this step, right?

I might think that was caused by not putting in your API token? But perhaps a refresh after putting that in…not sure.
Oo! So users have to BOTH:
- log in
- AND actually manually put in their API User token from their Online Control page?
Is that what you mean? That might explain things.
I thiiiiiiiink the API is meant to be able to do that automatically, though… hmmm… maybe the extension needs to add that.
