Tried to log in today got the following error message several times:
From callback, Error getting response stream (Write: The authentication or decryption has failed.): SendFailure
any thoughts, anyone else have this problem?

does your password contain any funny characters, accents or symbols? The Syrinscape player will only recognize letters and numbers. This message normally means that the Player is unable to read your password
Can you log in on other devices with the same e-mail/password combo?
Or the Website?

But I had been able to log in a few months ago, did that change? Can I change my password for soundset creator but not the website, or is it just one account for all of Syrinscape?
In response to Benjamin, I can log into the website, I can make new campaigns etc.
Coolies… The password is uniform across your account.
If you’ve been able to log into the Creator with the same password before, then I would suggest:
- you are typing it wrong
- you have the caps lock on
btw we are definitely NOT having login probs with the Creator at the moment (I’d be getting dozens of e-mails), so we are definitely looking for something unique about your device/account/goblins.
