I wanna try out syrinscape for a while now so I downloaded the app, created a account. Wanna download Brindol Town, but it is stuck in queue for almost an hour.
I tried the following:
logging out and log in again, doesn’t work
Reinstall the app, doesn’t work
I use it on Android, is the app busted?

Sorry for the slow response here = I blame the crazy end of the year!!!
The app works for me and lots of other people too.
There ARE quite a few downloads the app does on first start… so it can help to give it a little time…
…I thiiiiiiiink also, some devices can benefit by simply killing the app run (swiping it away) and restarting if you get stuck.
Don’t delete and reinstall the app, that’ll just get you back to the same stuck point you were before.

I had the exact same problem. Queued for download,but nothing happened. Started downloading after killing the app and restarting.
