'An error occured during processing'

Hi all,

I’m trying to upgrade my D&D Subscription to a Supersyrin sub, but everytime I log into paypal to pay the difference for the remainder of my 2 month period, it loads for 5 seconds then pop me right back out with a ‘An error occured during processing. Please try again’ message. Basically, the system is refusing money! How often does THAT happen, uh!? :slight_smile:

So anyway, I’d really like to try your Online player, so hopefully I can soon.

Probably by cancelling and deleting your old sub, with a partial refund and then having you sign up FRESH. Works?
