Every once in a while, when I open the app on any device (Windows PC, Android tablet and phone), all my soundsets have been lost, deleted. I use McAfee virus protection and run Windows 10. It a real annoyance when I have to redownload all the soundsets. I have to keep an eye on it all the time or can be surprised before a session. Also, to add I am a Paypal subscriber. Any sugesstions or help would be appreciated. Thank you
I’m having the same problem. Lost all sounds in my Android app last month and downloaded them all again. Just now opened app and they are all gone again and there are so many to download as well as having data limits with no wifi. Please tell me how to fix this!
