I just upgraded my subscription from D&D to supersyrin and am now having trouble logging on. I am unable to get anything to load and am getting bad gateway 502 errors across multiple devices.

Where are you located?
Some people have trouble with their ISP severely throttling their internet traffic to the West Coast US, where our servers are located.
Going through a proxy? VPN? 502 is basically, “I’ve been waiting, but haven’t heard back…” so it is usually related to slowness somewhere in the chain.
