Sci-Fi player login issues

My Sci-Fi Player (on PC) is unable to validate my activated soundsets. It keeps saying I need to connect to the internet, but I’ve been connected this whole time. The fantasy player works no problem, and I can log into the store website without issue. The campaign manager even shows which soundsets I’ve got access to. Is there some setting I need to change to get the player to access the internet?

Yep, it looks like the server is having a few issues at the moment. I have notified the dev team and asked them to look into it as soon as they can. Unfortunately, it is the middle of the night for Aus but they will get onto this ASAP
