Reason for leaving

I just wanted to give my feedback, as I dont know how useful a cancelling subscription message is/ my reason wasnt covered in the reasons for leaving.

I had only gotten this subscription for one specific campaign (masks of nyarlathotep) and the sound sets were fantastic! The major problem I had with this, was the searching and find the correct sound sets for where ever I was up to. The search function is poor, there is no good way to pin a campaign so that I can easily find all my sounds and whenever I would try by typing MASK or NEW YORK, there were nonsense other sets that would appear. The dashboard is clunky and I feel that it does not work efficiently.

The sheer frustration and disappointment that this would cause, when I feel the solution could be easily fixed has pushed me over the edge. The product in theory is great but I feel in practice, it misses the mark.

This is a huge shame as I love the idea, but I dont think its done as well as it could be. This also goes for the beta.

Thank you for the times your product did work in a way, and I hope this could be fixed in the future. But with my experience with the Beta, I dont know if it will be.

We’ve made campaigns for all the adventure so that you left hand column shows JUST the SoundSets for that adventure in the correct order.
