We continue to work on the problems people are having with the left hand column in the Master UI. :bug: :hammer:

We seem to have got it so it reliably loads now, but there is a weird bug that is making it hard to click INTO SoundSets now. :exploding_head:

Be patient and don’t click too many times and it seems to go in after a while. Click through the little blue link in search results (on the right hand side is maybe more reliable, so you might try that too).

We’ll continue to work on these issues. Come back here for updates! :wrench:

We are continuing to work HARD on this… and signs point to us having a fix within the next 12 hours.

In the meantime, work arounds include:

  1. gently reload not too frequenty
  2. grab the Fantasy Player and use that for a while.

Thanks for your patience everyone!

And definitely keep the reports coming in! You never know which tiny bit of info might be a BIG help. Even stuff like the SORTS of accounts that are experiencing this is useful (i.e. accounts who own LOTS of content AND have lots of private content too).

OK! We think we have done it!

Performance seems to have been restored!

Everyone try it out and let us know if all seems in order again.

In fact, we actually ended up optimising a bunch of things that were sub-optimal, before finally finding the actual regression that was causing the bulk of the problem… so Web Player UI load up might plausibly be a chunk faster and smoother than it ever has been.

Either way, give it a bash and let us know if you are experiencing anything weird, broken or janky!
