Both Web Player and Online Player (app) clients are connected

Hi, I’ve been having some lagging issues with the web player and have been trying to go back to using the online player app, but I’m getting the above message.

How can I either stop the web player client in order to work through the app, or resolve the lagging issue in the online player.

When you say lagging, what specifically do you mean: slow to respond to clicks OR breaking up sound? (or something else) :smiley: :robot: :hammer:
