Hi! It’s taken me a while to get my head around syrinscape but I love the concept of it. I especially love the Adventure Hub, which I hadn’t even known about until recently.
However, I am a supersyrin subscriber but can’t get the Curse of the Dread Marsh Crew to play at all. I just keep getting a banner/message at the top telling me I’m missing out and to subscribe to get the full experience. But I am subscribed. And logged in! Help!

We’ve checked your account and the content, and you shoooooooould be able to make it work.
Can you now try these things:
ensure you can see that you are logged in on the Home Page as the account you are posting here from.
THEN navigate to the adventure page again in the SAME Browser log in, and see if the sound works.
IF not, go to the “Under a fell black sky” adventure page and let us know whether sound is working there?
Try a full page reload (CTRL-[circle refresh button] on Chrome.
If THAT still doesn’t work then email us at support at syrinscape dot com so we can share a bit more private info about your account and system etc.
