I purchased a voucher code multiple weeks ago. Paypal sent me a receipt instantly but I got no code. A few days later after contacting Benjamin he said that they hadn’t received my payment yet so he gave me a week trial until the payment went through, all was good. But now the payment has been received since May 9th and I still have not received anything on my voucher code. The trial has ended and I’ve have to go multiple sessions with no audio because I figured if I bought it, I would have it for my sessions. I didn’t think I’d need to wait half the month in order to get a code… Does anyone know where the voucher code would be? Am I missing something?

I think this is an error from the publisher, you can contact them again for help.
